What is in the pilot
The database contains selected reviewed ZIP records in Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Lake, Osceola counties. It is not statewide coverage, and an indexable ZIP page must pass a data-quality gate.

What each provider record stores
Records support a provider type, coverage label, service notes, customer and emergency contacts, official actions, source title and URL, retrieval date, and verification date. Automated reports flag stale evidence, invalid formats, duplicates, and link failures.
Why exact-address confirmation matters
ZIP codes can overlap municipal and utility areas. Water, sewer, and trash responsibility can change with jurisdiction, annexation, a well or septic system, an HOA, landlord, or private hauler. Internet coverage can differ between neighboring buildings.
Incomplete data stays visible as incomplete
MoveIn uses possible, multiple-provider, address-required, partial, or verification-in-progress labels. It does not fill gaps with guesses. Read the editorial policy or report incorrect information.
